The house

Not endless talking. A method you can use when you leave.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy looks at the loop between what you think, what you feel, and what you do. When that loop tightens — worry, avoidance, self-criticism, panic — life gets smaller. We slow it down together.

Sessions last 50 to 60 minutes. You set the destination. We choose the tools together. The room is yours, to be heard, to be seen, to be understood; a chair by the window, a cup of tea, time that belongs only to you.

Ask House

The chat button at the bottom of every page answers fees, location, first sessions and crisis signposting. It is not a therapist.

How CBT works, what people bring, what it costs, and who you sit with. Written in plain English.

How we help

The things people bring through the door.

A

Anxiety & panic

Racing thoughts, tight chest, the sense that something terrible is always one step ahead.

B

Depression

The colour going out of days. Activation, meaning, and the stories that keep you pinned.

C

OCD

Intrusive thoughts, rituals, checking. ERP and CBT that respect how tired you already are.

D

Trauma & grief

What happened should not still be running the house. Work at a pace you can bear.

E

Burnout

High-functioning on the outside. Common across Greater Glasgow and Renfrewshire.

F

Self-worth

The inner critic, people-pleasing, the fear of being too much or not enough.
